About the Role

Our BMW Dealership in Bristol is looking to appoint an accomplished and enthusiastic Service Advisor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver a great experience for customers during servicing and repairs
  • Book services
  • Communicate any required repairs to customers
  • Collaborate with the Workshop team to ensure all tasks are completed on time
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience working in a Service department within a franchised dealership
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and Kerridge
  • Familiarity with warranty procedures is advantageous but not essential
