Qualifications

  • Previous motor trade experience as a Service Advisor is essential.
  • Full UK driving licence required.
  • Knowledge and confidence in the motor trade.

  • Handle service in a busy dealership environment.

Overview

Location: Nottingham, East Midlands
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30 - 17:30 & 1 in 2 Saturdays 8:30 - 13:00
Salary: Basic Up to £30K OTE up to £35K

Responsibilities
  • Deal with customers to book their vehicle into the workshop • deliver high levels of customer service
  • Identify customer requirements, advise on cost, timescale, and what will happen
  • Work in a busy dealership environment, handling volumes while maintaining quality service
  • We may consider someone from an independent garage who has knowledge, confidence and driven attitude
  • Experience with Kerridge is a distinct advantage but not essential
