We are looking for a proactive and experienced Service Advisor to join our prestigious automotive service team specializing in luxury and performance vehicles.

You will be the sole advisor managing the customer base for three highly skilled technicians, delivering exceptional service and ensuring smooth communication between customers and the workshop.



Key Responsibilities:

Act as the main point of contact for customers, managing service bookings, inquiries, and aftercare
Provide outstanding customer service, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction
Liaise effectively between customers and technicians to coordinate repair and maintenance schedules
Accurately record customer information, service requirements, and vehicle details in the system
Assist in managing departmental profit by maximizing service opportunities and maintaining cost control
Work independently managing a busy workload and prioritizing customer needs efficiently
Support the smooth operation of the service department, ensuring deadlines and targets are met


Key Requirements:

Proven trade experience within the automotive sector, ideally within a luxury or performance vehicle environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage customer expectations
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Confidence in working independently and taking ownership of your role
Basic IT skills and experience with automotive management software is advantageous
A passion for customer service and delivering a premium experience


What We Offer:

Competitive basic salary of £30,000 - £35,000
Attractive bonus potential of up to £15,000 OTE based on profit share in the department

Monday to Friday working hours, 8:15 AM – 5:30 PM
