A leading automotive service provider in the United Kingdom is seeking a Service Advisor to join their busy Service Department. The ideal candidate will assist up to 25 customers daily, demonstrating excellent customer service skills and the ability to upsell. Experience in a customer-facing role is preferred, and the position offers a Monday to Friday schedule with no weekend work.

Job description

We are looking to recruit a Service Advisor for our busy Service Department. Motor Trade experience isn't essential but a previous customer facing role is.
You'll be working alongside another Service Advisor and will be dealing with up to 25 customers per day as well as taking and making multiple telephone calls from and to customers.
You must be a team player but also be able to work individually.
The ability to upsell is a must as well as creating good relationships with our customers.
This is a Monday to Friday position with no weekend work
Salary is very much dependent on experience, but a great package will be made for the right candidate
