Job description

Position:

We are looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our Service Team at Taunton Ford.

You will have experience of working in a Service Advisory capacity within the automotive industry and possess excellent communication skills both face to face and on the telephone, be able to work in a busy environment, plan and prioritise and possess the desire to consistently deliver excellent customer service.

You will provide outstanding customer care and be the vital link between our customers and the workshop. You will keep the customer up to date at every stage whilst answering any questions or queries they may have.

The successful candidate should be reliable, flexible, punctual and a great team player.

Motor trade, automotive or car dealership experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.

Requirements:

  • Experience in the motor industry working as a Service Advisor
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and Word
  • The ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
  • Great telephone and customer handling skills
  • Quick to learn and retain information
  • Positive attitude and good sense of humour
  • Able to multi-task and work under pressure

Hours-

Monday to Friday 8.00am to 6.00pm

Every other Saturday 8.00am to 1.00pm
