We are working with a main dealership in the Croydon area close to Mitcham, Sutton, Purley, Coulsdon, Bromley and Caterham who are seeking a Service Advisor.

Job Location – Croydon, near Mitcham, Sutton, Purley, Coulsdon, Bromley, and Caterham

Salary – 30k OTE

Service Advisor Duties include:

• Ensuring customers are aware of service and repair work required to their vehicles in a professional manner
• Advising on estimated costs of repairs and work to be undertaken
• Selling additional products as appropriate to customers’ needs
• Advising on timescales and collection arrangements
• Producing job cards on in-house computer system
• Updating customer and vehicle records
• Documenting all warranty work in accordance with manufacturer policy
• Preparation and completion of invoices

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a Service Advisor within a motor garage
• Full driving licence
• Excellent communication skills

As a Service Advisor, you will ensure the highest standard of courtesy and professionalism when interacting with customers and members of the public.
