Service Advisor

LSH Auto is excited to announce we have a Service Advisor position at our dealership in Stockport. We are looking for a passionate individual to provide outstanding service and support to our customers while ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.

Hours - 45

Salary - £29,000 Plus OTE bonus

Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers and managing service appointment schedules
• Assessing and documenting customer concerns regarding vehicle issues
• Providing transparent and accurate estimates for both services and repairs
• Collaborating with technicians to ensure high-quality and timely service delivery
• Keeping customers informed about the progress of their vehicle's service
• Addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints efficiently

The successful candidate will possess:

• Proven experience as a Service Advisor, ideally in the automotive industry
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
• Knowledge of automotive products, systems, and services
• Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with service-related software and tools
• A full UK driver's licence
