Job summary

A leading automotive recruitment agency is seeking a Service Advisor in the Royston area. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to upsell services. The ideal candidate has prior experience in a Service Advisor position and will be responsible for liaising with customers, managing job cards, and preparing invoices. The position offers a salary up to £30,000 with OTE of circa £30,000.

Qualifications

• Working experience within a Service Advisor role.
• Ability to upsell on service work and service plans.
• Customer focused and an excellent communicator.
• Familiarity with using Motor Dealership Database Software.

Responsibilities

• Professionally communicate with customers about service and repair work required.
• Produce Job Cards on in-house computer systems.
• Update Customers and Vehicle Records.
• Prepare and complete Invoices.
• Advise Customer on estimated costs of repairs and timescales.

We are currently advertising on behalf of an Automotive Independent Main Dealer, who are currently recruiting for a Service Advisor to assist in their busy Service Department in the Royston area.

Our Motor Trade Client is seeking a Service Advisor who is high performing and can provide only the best level of customer service.
