• Monday To Friday 8am - 6pm, 1 in 2 Saturdays 8am – 1pm Paid as Overtime

Our Client is part of a network of dealerships and are looking to add to their Service team. They seek an experienced Service Advisor to provide excellent customer service, maintain customer relationships, and drive sales.

They pride themselves on honest sales and customer retention, positioning themselves away from fast-fit centres and their hard sell. The right candidate will take pride in their role, increase the customer base, and deliver excellent service.

• £26,000 Basic Salary + Monthly Bonus
• OTE £32,000+
• Monday to Friday 8am – 6pm
• 1 in 2 Saturday Mornings
• Manufacturer Training & Progression Opportunities

• Drive the business, increasing sales/profit, and maintaining high standards
• Book customers in the diary
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
• Process paperwork accurately
• Maintain professionalism and quality of service

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor
• Full UK Driving License
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
• Trade knowledge and sales skills
• Motivated to enhance skills and knowledge
• Excellent communication skills and commitment to customer service
