Job summary

About The Role

We have an excellent opportunity available for a motivated Service Advisor to join our team at Nottingham Audi. As a Sytner Service Advisor, you will provide outstanding customer care and be the vital link between our customers and the workshop. You will inform and consult on vehicle servicing, keep the customer up to date at every stage, and answer any questions or queries they may have. You will liaise with technicians and workshop control about vehicle statuses to ensure vehicles are ready on time. Additionally, you will offer the best advice on our products and services to customers. This role requires a focus on customer care, building rapport, and understanding customer needs. Sytner Service Advisors work flexible shifts, often including weekends, to provide high levels of service.

About You

No previous experience is necessary; we welcome applications from individuals eager to learn and grow. Training is provided through our in-house Learning & Development team and manufacturer courses from *[Brand]*. Ideally, you will have excellent organisational and administrative skills, attention to detail, and a strong customer service background, especially within a retail environment. Knowledge of Kerridge is advantageous but not essential.

Applicants must have customer service experience in a retail setting as a minimum requirement.
