About The Role

As a Service Advisor, you'll be the face of our Aftersales department - the crucial link between our customers and our workshop. You'll deliver a seamless service experience, ensuring every customer receives the quality, care, and attention they expect from a brand like BMW.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming customers and managing their service journey from start to finish
  • Accurately recording service and repair requirements
  • Liaising with technicians and workshop control to keep customers updated
  • Providing clear and transparent service quotations and invoicing
  • Ensuring every customer leaves satisfied and likely to return

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in a Service Advisor or similar customer service role (automotive experience preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment
  • Passion for delivering a premium service experience
  • Strong IT skills and attention to detail
