Location: Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, England

£30.5k per year + Benefits + Bonus

Newstaff Employment Services is recruiting for a Service Advisor to join a successful car dealership based in Milton Keynes.

The role is to advise customers in relation to their vehicles’ service and repair needs, handling all enquiries and ensuring all issues are resolved in a timely manner.

Duties to Include:

• Answering any questions regarding technical problems, warranties, services and repairs
• Dealing with general customer queries
• Updating the database and all other admin tasks as required

The Person:

• Experience of delivering exceptional customer service is essential
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships
• Strong organisational skills and an eye for detail
• Flexibility to work long hours including weekends on a rota basis

Open Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 6 pm, Saturdays 8.30 am to 5.30 pm and Sundays 10 am to 4 pm (weekend cover is on a rota basis)
