A leading automotive dealership in Maidstone is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join their Aftersales Team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, excellent communication skills, and experience in the automotive industry. This position offers ongoing training and the opportunity to work with a dedicated team to provide top-notch service to customers.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Book MOTs, services, and repair work for customers.
  • Advise customers on warranty cover and upsell parts.
  • Liaise with Aftersales department for scheduling appointments.
  • Manage high volume of customer inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update systems.

Due to Internal Promotion Lookers Mercedes Benz of Maidstone is recruiting for an experienced and dedicated Service Advisor to join our Aftersales Team which consists of 4 Service Advisors, 14 Vehicle Technicians and our enthusiastic and friendly Service Manager, Alex Harbour.

With ongoing investment in the dealership to transform it into a state-of-the-art showroom, Mercedes Benz of Maidstone is the place to be.

As a Service Advisor at Mercedes-Benz, you will benefit from continuous training opportunities through our in-house brand development, as well as learning from our current Service Manager, Alex Harbour

Responsibilities
  • Booking MOTs, services and other repair work for our customers
  • Advising customers about warranty cover and upselling additional parts / accessories that will benefit the customer
  • Liaising with the full Aftersales department to organise and schedule appointments, based on workload and call volumes
  • Managing a high-volume of customers daily as well as telephone calls and online booking queries
  • Informing customers of turnaround times and ensuring effective communication throughout the time when a customers’ car is in the workshop
  • Maintaining accurate customer records, and updating the systems when any bookings have been made
Qualifications

You must have heaps of energy, a warmpersonalityand a real passion for delivering afirst classcustomer experienceeach and everytime. You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport easily whilst being able to explain technical informationin a way that is clearand concise.Previousexperience using Kerridge / ADP would be an advantage, as well as having knowledge of other essential dealer systems.
