About The Role

We have an excellent opportunity available for a motivated Service Advisor to join our team at Leicester Audi. As a Sytner Service Advisor, you will provide outstanding customer care and be the vital link between our customers and the workshop. You will inform and consult on vehicle servicing, keep the customer updated at every stage, and answer any questions or queries they may have. You will liaise with technicians and workshop control about vehicle statuses to ensure vehicles are ready on time. Additionally, you will give the best advice on our products and services to customers. This role requires excellent customer care skills, the ability to build rapport, and a focus on understanding customer needs. Sytner Service Advisors work flexible patterns, including weekends, to provide high levels of service.

About You

No previous experience is necessary; we welcome applications from individuals willing to learn and progress. Training is provided through our dedicated in-house Learning & Development team and manufacturer courses from [Brand]. Ideally, you will have strong organisational and administrative skills, good attention to detail, and a customer service background. Knowledge of Kerridge is advantageous but not essential. Candidates must have Service Advisor experience within the automotive industry as a minimum requirement.
