Job Summary

As a Service Customer Advisor at our Audi dealership in Hull, you will be responsible for delivering the highest level of customer experience. You will ensure that every aspect of the customer's visit is positive and professional. We seek a driven, self-motivated, and friendly individual dedicated to providing exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain high standards of courtesy and integrity when interacting with customers and the public.
  • Understand customer requirements, advise on completion times and collection arrangements.
  • Progress vehicle repairs through effective communication with workshop control to meet deadlines.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person, converting inquiries into bookings.
  • Keep customers informed on repair and service progress through various communication channels.
  • Sell products, services, and repairs in line with customer needs and company objectives.
  • Invoice completed work and process payments as required.
  • Work collaboratively to meet departmental objectives and KPIs.
  • Utilize dealer and manufacturer systems to maintain accurate data records.

Qualifications

  • Proven success in achieving high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Customer-centric approach with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong IT skills; experience with databases is a plus.
  • Ability to meet targets, deadlines, and work under pressure.
  • Ability to build strong relationships quickly.

  • Valid driving license with minimal penalties.
