Service Advisor Required for Family-Run Car Garage in Horley, Surrey

1. Position: Service Advisor
2. Location: Horley, Surrey
3. Contract: 12-Month Fixed-Term Maternity Cover with the possibility of making permanent
4. Pay: DOE (Depending on Experience), ranging from Minimum Wage (for candidates with no Automotive experience) up to £36,000 + monthly bonuses (£100 - £300)

Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join a family-run car garage in Horley, Surrey? We are currently seeking a dedicated and professional Service Advisor to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover contract.

Responsibilities as a Service Advisor:

1. Answering incoming calls and managing customer inquiries.
2. Taking bookings and managing appointment schedules.
3. Raising job cards for the Aftersales Manager.
4. Providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
5. Covering the front desk and ensuring smooth customer service.

Requirements for this Service Advisor role:

1. Previous experience in a Service Advisor role is preferred, but candidates with strong administrative and customer service skills will be considered.
2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
3. Professional and polite telephone manner.
4. Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.
5. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Working Hours:

1. Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
2. 1 in 2 Saturdays: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM (included as part of the salary)
