Service Advisor - Forklifts

Location: Hinckley

Salary: £28,000

Hours: Monday to Friday 8-5, NO WEEKENDS or bank holidays

Service Advisor duties:

1. Handle customer issues related to forklifts purchased or hired
2. Support after-sales activities and collaborate with workshop controllers and the service manager in a busy department
3. Manage customer expectations professionally
4. Upsell additional products to new and existing customers

Requirements:

• Experience as a Service Advisor, preferably from car dealerships, bodyshops, or independent garages
• Experience with Autoline / Kerridge systems
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Full UK driving license
