A front-of-house opportunity for an experienced motor trade professional to join a well-established, multi-franchise dealership team.

The Role:

A busy, customer-focused service department is seeking a skilled and personable Service Advisor to support day-to-day operations. The successful candidate will act as a key liaison between customers, service technicians, and the wider aftersales team—ensuring a high standard of service, efficient scheduling, and clear communication throughout the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet all service customers professionally, creating a positive first impression
• Manage and coordinate service bookings via telephone, email, and walk-ins
• Provide clear and regular updates to customers regarding work in progress
• Ensure all service documentation, invoicing, and records are processed accurately and in line with brand and company procedures
• Collaborate closely with technicians, Service Advisors, and the Service Manager to maintain smooth daily operations
• Uphold high levels of customer satisfaction in line with industry standards and internal policies
• Participate in manufacturer training to stay current on processes, systems, and service standards
• Contribute to achieving departmental performance targets, including service plans and customer satisfaction metrics

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first approach
• The ability to stay calm, organised, and professional in a fast-paced setting
• High attention to detail and confidence managing administrative processes
• A collaborative, solutions-focused attitude
• A full UK Driving Licence
