A leading automotive retailer is seeking a Service Advisor for their SKODA Guildford location. This full-time role involves providing premium customer service, booking appointments, and advising clients. Ideal candidates should possess excellent communication skills and a passion for cars, with prior experience preferred.

Contract type: Permanent, full-time
Working hours: 42 hours per week
Salary: Up To £36,000 Including OTE

You will be joining a friendly and efficient Aftersales department that is led by the very talented Service Manager. We will ensure you feel part of the team from the very start and will help to develop your skills and knowledge through continuous training and 1 to 1's.
Our Service Advisors play an important role in providing our customers with a personalised, premium experience as they come back to us time and time again for servicing, MOT and repairs. It is their job to show off their knowledge and expertise so that our customers have all the information they require when making decisions about the servicing of their vehicle.With this in mind, we provide ongoing training and development opportunities for our Service Advisors through customer experience workshops.
You will have heaps of energy, a warm personality and a real passion for delivering first class customer experiences.You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport easily and are able to explain technical information in a way that is clear and concise. Previous experienceusing Kerridge also known as ADP would be an advantage.
For this role you will need to be able to maintain accurate customers records. You will be a great team player but be able to work independently also. We want to hear from you if you have worked in a similar role within the automotive industry or have a passion for customer service and cars!
