What You Will Do

  • Greet customers and provide exceptional service
  • Schedule and manage vehicle service appointments
  • Liaise between customers and technicians
  • Explain repair work and costs clearly
  • Upsell additional services when appropriate
  • Ensure a smooth and efficient workshop flow
  • Liaise with technicians to coordinate the work schedule and progress updates
  • Accurately manage booking systems, job cards, invoicing and customer records

What We Are Looking For

  • Previous experience in a service advisor role (automotive preferred)
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic technical knowledge of vehicles (training provided)
  • IT proficiency and attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and admin skills, including familiarity with dealer software systems
  • Neat, professional appearance; team player with keen automotive interest
