Here at Vertu Vauxhall Chingford, we have a fantastic opportunity for a Service Advisor to come and join our well established business. If you wish to become part of one of the largest Motor Retailers in the UK, then please take a look at what we can offer you.

We are offering a basic salary of £30,000-£35,000 depending on experience, plus company benefits.

The Service Advisor role is one of the most exciting and important roles in our dealership. Like us, you know that customer service isn’t just about providing a service – its about building warm, trusted relationships. The role holder acts as the relationship manager between the customer and the workshop, ensuring our customer satisfaction levels are outstanding.

You will be responsible for setting customer expectations and keeping in touch with them throughout the service or repair of their vehicle, up selling additional products and follow-up with the customer to ensure they are happy with the work carried out.

For this role, we are looking for you to have a previous customer facing service experience; this is essential for you to be considered. Customer focus, relationship maintenance and communication skills are of paramount importance, as is the ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilst meeting targets and deadlines.
