Job description

Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service in the automotive industry? We are looking for a dedicated Service Advisor to join our busy and reputable Accident Repair Centre. If you have excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of vehicle repairs, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide excellent support and guidance to front of house team
  2. Deal efficiently with customer requests and queries to ensure total customer satisfaction
  3. Promote and awareness of quality and customers needs and expectations throughout the Paint & Body Centre
  4. Manage bookings in/out and updates to customers on our Windows based Autoflow Management System
  5. Assist on managing manufacturer portals for compliance
Essential Skills & Experience:
  1. Previous experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive or accident repair environment (preferred).
  2. Team player
  3. Excellent communication skills
  4. Offer empathy when needed and have good problem-solving skills
  5. Knowledge of Insurance processes would be ideal but not essential
  6. Knowledge of basic Sage would be ideal but not essential
Hours of Work:

Monday - Thursday 8:00-17:00. Friday finish at 4:30.

Salary:

Depending on experience

Benefits:
  1. 21 days holiday plus bank holidays (increases with service)
  2. Pension Plan (after 3 months probation)
