Job Opportunity: Service Advisor

We are currently working with a main car dealership that prides itself on delivering a consistently high standard of customer care. An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Service Advisor to join their team.

As a Service Advisor, you will ensure the highest standards of courtesy and professionalism when interacting with customers and the public.

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure customers are aware of required service and repair work in a professional manner.
2. Advise on estimated costs and work to be undertaken.
3. Recommend additional products suitable to customer needs.
4. Provide information on timescales and collection arrangements.
5. Create job cards using the in-house computer system.
6. Update customer and vehicle records accurately.
7. Document warranty work following manufacturer policies.
8. Prepare and complete invoices.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor, preferably in a main dealership.
• Full driving license.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
