What you will do

Renault Truck Commercials' prestigious Felixstowe Dealership is looking for an experienced Service Advisor to provide excellent service to customers that promotes the profitable sale of Workshop Services and Products.

Working 42.5 hours Mon-Fri plus every other Saturday morning.

Paying up to £36,000 basic (dependent on experience) plus monthly bonus, with an OTE of £38,400.

Overview:
An exciting opportunity for a CSR to work alongside our experienced front-of-house team. This role involves handling all aspects of customer service, including bookings, call-backs, updates, and system operations. Good communication, organization, and memory are essential in this fast-paced environment. You will join the global Renault Trucks brand, part of the Volvo Group.

Role responsibilities:

• Be the first point of contact for customers, identifying service parts requirements and coordinating necessary depot actions.
• Manage invoicing and administrative systems efficiently.
• Greet customers courteously, interpret their requirements, and complete paperwork for work authorization.
• Inform customers of completion times and payment options.
• Contact customers about additional work, providing accurate quotations for approval.
• Handle customer complaints courteously and efficiently.
• Assist in managing and scheduling vehicle workshop bookings for inspections, servicing, and repairs.

Preferred: Previous HGV dealership experience. Good communication skills, both written and oral. Excellent IT knowledge; training on in-house systems will be provided.
