Farnborough Audi: Monday to Friday, 8am-5.30pm, plus 1 in 4 Saturday mornings

OTE up to £40,400

£32,000 basic plus bonus up to £6,000, plus £2,400 for Connect and Service Plans

Lookers Farnborough Audi is recruiting an experienced and dedicated Service Advisor to join our Aftersales Team, which includes Service Advisors, Vehicle Technicians, Apprentices, Workshop staff, and our enthusiastic Aftersales Manager, Jo.

As a Service Advisor, you will benefit from ongoing training through our in-house brand development program and mentorship from the Aftersales Manager. This role offers excellent progression opportunities within Lookers!

Responsibilities
  • Booking MOTs, services, and repairs for customers
  • Advising customers on warranty cover and upselling parts/accessories beneficial to them
  • Coordinating with the Aftersales department to organize appointments based on workload and call volume
  • Handling high volumes of customer interactions daily, including calls and online bookings
  • Communicating turnaround times and updates effectively during the vehicle servicing process
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and updating systems with booking details
Qualifications

We seek energetic individuals with a warm personality and a passion for delivering first-class customer service. Excellent communication skills, rapport-building ability, and clarity in explaining technical information are essential. Experience with Kerridge/ADP dealer systems is advantageous. You should be a team player and able to work independently, ideally with prior experience in automotive customer service roles. A genuine passion for cars and customer satisfaction is a must.
