Job Opportunity: Senior Service Advisor

We are working with a Car Main Dealership near Farnborough that is actively looking for a Senior Service Advisor to join their friendly team. A strong customer service background is essential!

Job Details

• Location: Near Farnborough
• Salary: £26,000 – £32,000 plus bonus (additional £10,000 uncapped)

Responsibilities of a Service Advisor include:

1. Ensuring customers are informed about necessary service and repair work in a professional manner
2. Advising on estimated costs and work to be undertaken
3. Selling additional products as appropriate to customer needs
4. Providing information on timescales and collection arrangements
5. Producing job cards using the in-house computer system
6. Updating customer and vehicle records
7. Documenting all warranty work according to manufacturer policy
8. Preparing and completing invoices

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor in a car dealership or garage
• Enthusiastic and passionate about the motor trade
• Full driving license

The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent customer rapport, deliver high CSI results, and be confident in up-selling opportunities. You will ensure the highest standards of courtesy and professionalism when interacting with customers and the public.
