Overview

Service Advisor

Hours: Monday-Friday 9:00am-17:30pm

Salary: £28,000+

Location: Warrington

Are you now looking for a new opportunity to gain qualification? Do you have a good understanding of the mechanical aspects of the automotive industry?

Responsibilities
  • Guide customers through the repair process, giving advice regarding suitable repairers and liaising with engineers.
  • Ensure accurate and speedy resolution of customers' vehicle repairs, giving regard to company procedures and customer sensitivities.
  • Provide accurate service towards customers either face to face or over the phone.
  • Resolve customer issues across a variety of platforms, including telephone, fax, email and online.
  • Understand our various customers' requirements and work with them to ensure they are properly dealt with.
  • Maintain company service levels.
  • Manage customer expectations throughout the process of their vehicle's restoration.
  • Provide professional and friendly service.
  • Manage accounts, customer payments and invoices.
  • Arrange vehicle assessments.
  • Other reasonable duties as required.
