Purely Automotive Recruitment Ltd offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our client and their teams based at Ellesmere Port.

As Service Advisor, you will provide outstanding customer care and be the vital link between our customers and the workshop. You will inform and consult on vehicle servicing, keep the customer updated at every stage, and answer any questions or queries they may have. You will also liaise with Technicians & workshop control about vehicle statuses and ensure that vehicles are ready on time. Additionally, you will have the ability to give the best advice on products and services to customers.

This is a challenging role where customer excellence always comes first. You will take the time to talk to people, build genuine rapport, and identify exactly what customers want and need. Service Advisors work a variety of flexible shifts, which can typically include weekends, to ensure we provide customers with the highest levels of service.

Requirements

We are looking for individuals with a proven track record as a professional Service Advisor within the Automotive Industry. As this is a demanding role, it is essential that candidates have previous experience and knowledge as a Service Advisor. Product training is provided through online E-Learning & Development, and outstanding courses are offered by the Manufacturer Training Department to support your full potential.

Ideally, you will also have excellent organisational and administrative skills, along with good attention to detail. A working knowledge of Kerridge systems would be advantageous but is not essential.
