I am currently recruiting for an established, independent, family-run service centre based in Croydon, Surrey. They work on all makes and models and are looking to add a strong, experienced Service Advisor to their team.

Key responsibilities include:
• Managing customer interactions professionally and efficiently
• Liaising with technicians and the service manager to ensure a seamless service experience
• Responding to customer inquiries and concerns promptly
• Processing payments accurately
• Scheduling services and tracking vehicles through the workshop
• Preparing invoices detailing work completed and parts used
