The Role of a Service Advisor:

• Acting as the key liaison between the customer and workshop
• Managing service bookings, quotations, and job progress updates
• Promoting value-added products and services
• Upselling service plans, warranties, and recovery packages
• Processing job cards, invoicing, and general admin duties
• Delivering a seamless customer experience from check-in to handover

The Ideal Service Advisor:

• Experience in a main dealer or automotive aftersales environment
• Confident communicator with strong customer service skills
• Able to work efficiently in a busy, team-based role
• Commercially aware with a sales mindset
• Strong admin and IT proficiency
• Full UK driving licence required
• Full Right to Work in the UK is essential – sponsorship is not available
