Service Advisor - Bury

Salary: Up to £28,000 basic, rising to £30,000 after 6 months. Days: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5:30pm. Reference: 29199.

Role responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers bringing their vehicles to the car dealership for scheduled and non-scheduled servicing and repairs.
• Book customer vehicles into the workshop and keep them up to date on the progress.
• Support the after-sales function and various staff members in different departments.
• Upsell any additional products to new and existing customers.

Requirements

• Full UK driving license
• 1+ years experience as a Service Advisor (main dealer experience is ideal but not essential)
