  • Providing estimates for work and booking service and repair appointments
  • Advising on recommended actions and accurately invoicing for work carried out
  • Keeping customers informed of available extras, accessories, and value products, while upselling where appropriate

Qualifications and qualities required:

  • Full UK Manual Driving Licence
  • Background in customer service and an interest in the automotive industry
  • Excellent organisation skills and confidence with computer systems
  • Experience in sales, maintaining service levels while meeting KPIs in a fast-paced environment
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and making customers happy
