What you will be doing

• Perform efficient installations, maintenance, and repairs on Ricoh Smart Lockers across designated areas following comprehensive training during our 2-year program.
• Provide outstanding customer service, embodying Ricoh’s core value of Customer Centricity.
• Strive for self-improvement and continuous professional development to keep pace with technological advancements and expanding product and service portfolios.

You will ideally have:

• A desire to work in a technical environment and a passion for technology.
• Strong knowledge or formal training in IT technologies.
• Valid UK driving license.
• Proven problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Good decision-making abilities.
• Enthusiasm and a desire for continuous improvement.
