Location: Bury, Manchester (office-based)

Salary: £17,875

Hours: Part-time, Monday to Friday (25 hours per week)

Spectrum Children\'s Services (part of the Rehability UK Group) is looking for a highly organised and proactive Service Administrator to join our team in Bury. You\'ll provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our Children\'s Residential Homes and Supported Accommodation, helping us deliver outstanding care and support to young people.

What you\'ll be doing
  • Managing the referrals and info inboxes, ensuring enquiries are dealt with quickly and professionally.
  • Providing day-to-day admin support to the Head of Service and management team.
  • Preparing letters, reports, and documents for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Arranging and minuting meetings, circulating agendas, and tracking follow-ups.
  • Monitoring compliance on Clear Care, training records, and policy acknowledgements.
  • Supporting recruitment: liaising with HR, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new staff.
  • Acting as a key liaison between Spectrum Children\'s Services and Rehability UK head office functions.
  • Supporting communication with Ofsted and local authorities.
What we\'re looking for
  • Previous administration experience (ideally in social care, health, or education).
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Experience in recruitment or onboarding processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • Bonus: Experience with compliance systems such as Clear Care, Sage HR, or Rota Cloud.
