Job description

We are looking for a Service Administrator to join our team. The role involves working with the Service and Service Sales Managers to ensure the local maintenance team delivers excellent service to customers. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate data in the Service Management System, administering operational worksheets, and providing reports. The role also supports estimating, issuing, and following up on quotations for repair work.

Contract Support

Providing customer support, feedback, issuing reports, and submitting quotations for H&S and minor upgrades. Technical support from within the department is provided.

Maintaining accurate customer and contract details in the Service Management System in accordance with Quality Procedures.

Operational Support

Handling customer inquiries, phone calls, correspondence, and general office administration.

Estimating and Purchasing Support

Preparing pre-priced quotations, following up on quotes, issuing purchase orders, and coordinating with suppliers.

Reports

Preparing and updating reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Issue quotations to support insurance reports and defective units.
  2. Create accurate quotations in line with company standards.
  3. Generate sufficient quote volume to meet order and profitability targets.
  4. Maintain regular contact with customers regarding quotations.
  5. Achieve repair targets set by management.
  6. Manage customer expectations regarding services.
  7. Support service administration functions, including handling calls.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment, excellent time management skills, and a background in estimating and sales. Strong communication, IT, and interpersonal skills are essential.
