Job summary

A Service Administrator role in Reading is open with Allscreens Nationwide Ltd. The position focuses on booking vehicles for maintenance and MOTs, updating customers on progress, and supporting invoicing and records.

Qualifications

• Proven organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience working in a busy environment and handling multiple tasks effectively.
• Ability to interpret customer and internal instructions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Book customer vehicles in for routine maintenance, MOTs, and repairs, maximising workshop capacity.
• Provide customers with timely updates on vehicle progress.
• Assist with job card preparation and accurate invoicing for MOTs and repairs.
• Support the workshop by scanning job cards and maintaining vehicle service records.
• Promote additional workshop services and repair work to increase sales.
• Order parts and subcontract work to ensure smooth workflow.
• Conduct post-service feedback calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
