Job description

Murray Recruitment is recruiting a skilled and experienced Service Administrator for a permanent position based in Aberdeen.

In this role, you will work closely with the Senior Support Administrator to coordinate breakdown repairs across various contracts ensuring all works completed within SLA’s and carry out all supporting administration.

Responsibilities

System Management:
Efficiently log all breakdowns and maintenance requests into the system.
Allocate works to the appropriate engineers based on skills, availability, and location.
Customer Interaction:
Handle inbound calls from customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Reschedule follow-up appointments as necessary upon receipt of parts, ensuring minimal disruption to service delivery.
Repairs Coordination:
Ensure all jobs are completed within designated time frames, updating relevant information and closing off tasks on the system.
Manage correspondence received into the service desk, prioritising and responding appropriately.
Procurement and Reporting:
Raise purchase orders for required parts, materials, and subcontractors.
Provide regular reports to management and clients, highlighting key performance indicators and service delivery metrics.
General Administration:
Handle all aspects of general administration to support the smooth operation of the business.
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with both internal teams and external customers.

Skills and Experience

Previous experience in a scheduling, helpdesk, or service desk position is essential.
Demonstrated experience in delivering professional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Enthusiastic attitude, flexibility, and strong team-working skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Offering

Salary up to £DOE.
Hours Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm (1 hour lunch)
20 days holiday plus 9 statutory days.
