Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Administrator located in Mildenhall. The Service Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative assistance, handling customer service inquiries, offering technical support, and scheduling training sessions. Daily tasks include managing service calls, coordinating with mobile engineers, maintaining documentation, and ensuring efficient communication with clients and internal teams.
