Job summary

Family Action in Wiltshire is seeking a proactive Service Administrator to join the Wiltshire Community Support and Outreach Service at Calne. You will support the service manager with admin tasks, data entry, invoicing and document management to keep the service running smoothly.

The role is part-time up to 15 hours a week (Mon/Tue, with potential home-working on a third day). Salary is £25,176 FTE per annum (£10,206.49 pro rata); closing date 26 October 2026; interviews 5 November 2026.

We are based in Calne and currently operate 4 days a week: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
