Job Description:

Service Accounts Financial Administrator required for our client based in Worcester.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work for the UK's leading company in its sector.

KEY DELIVERABLES:

  1. Provide administrative support to ASA department and where applicable the business.
  2. Handle all relevant internal and external customer interactions including invoicing for works completed, managing customer accounts, and dealing with customer enquiries.
  3. Work within a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively with minimal errors.
  4. Bulk uploads, back office functions.
  5. Handle invoices from 3rd Parties.
  6. Complete daily billings for customer accounts, refunds, and statements.
  7. Actively contribute to a positive and supportive team culture.

SKILLS:

  1. IT literate with previous Financial Administration experience and preferably with experience of SAP & CRM.
  2. Committed and highly self-motivated.
  3. Demonstrate a flexible approach to changing business needs.
  4. Communicate their skills and handle ever-changing workloads & deadlines.
  5. Good level of education with Maths and English GCSE at Grade C or above (or equivalent).

ADDITIONAL TASKS / RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Demonstrate knowledge of relevant products, processes, and systems.
  2. Ensure daily billings are completed to a high standard to prevent revenue loss.
  3. Ensure timely and accurate administration of all invoices & payment information to a wide range of customers.
  4. Ensure the recovery of debt on behalf of the service department and make the necessary debt calls to customers.
  5. Ensure payments and cancellations are secured and completed.
  6. Handle all relevant internal and external customer interactions including emails and calls.
  7. Deliver daily administrative tasks and report the data.

HOURS AND PAY:

  1. Monday to Friday between 8am to 5pm
  2. £13.00 per hour rising to £13.99 per hour after 12 weeks
  3. 1.5 after 40 hours Mon - Sat
  4. Double time for Sundays and Bank Holidays
