Job summary

Yunex Traffic is seeking a Service Account Manager to lead the South West and South Wales field service teams from Avonmouth, ensuring profitable, safe and high-quality delivery of maintenance, installation and refurbishment contracts for intelligent traffic solutions.

You will manage contract teams, work with customers and partners, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining strong health and safety practices. A driving licence and flexibility to commute are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in site and contract management with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong health, safety and environment knowledge; IOSH/NEBOSH preferred.
• Contract/commercial knowledge with project experience would help.
• Ability to multitask while staying customer- and people-focused.
• You must have a full driving licence and be able to commute to Avonmouth.

Responsibilities

• Manage Avonmouth and South Wales contracts and teams.
• Lead site and office staff, ensuring effective line management and development.
• Deliver safe, high‑quality service within programmes and budgets.
• Collaborate with contractors and supply chain for cost effectiveness.
• Support bids, tenders and internal stakeholder liaison.
• Forecast revenue, margins, and costs; manage deadlines and non-conformances.
• Drive continuous improvement locally and nationally.
• Engage with customers and third parties from pre-contract to post completion.
