Job summary

We Change Lives is seeking a Servery Support Assistant at Heathside Care Home in Warrington. You will help serve meals, support residents with food and drinks, and ensure dietary requirements are followed, contributing to a comforting mealtime environment for older people and those living with dementia.

The role is permanent, 11.5 hours per week, with Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday shifts 8:00am–11:45am. A £250 Welcome Bonus is offered along with benefits such as free meals during long shifts

Servery Support Assistant

About the Role

Join our friendly team at Heathside Care Home, supporting older people and those living with dementia.

As a Servery Support Assistant, you'll help make mealtimes enjoyable and ensure residents receive the support they need.

Your duties will include:

• Serving breakfast to residents.
• Supporting residents with food and drinks in the dining room.
• Serving hot drinks throughout the home.
• Recording food and fluid intake using our Nourish system.
• Following residents' dietary and modified food requirements.
