Job summary

Red Robin is seeking a Server to join our Front of House team. You will take orders with handheld technology, serve food and drinks, and deliver a fun, satisfying dining experience to Guests. Must be 18 or older.

Base pay is $6.38 per hour plus tips, with additional compensation and benefits listed below. You’ll enjoy flexible schedules, a 50% discount on Red Robin food, a 25% discount for your family, referral bonuses, and opportunities to grow with us.

Server Pay Rate: $6.38 + TipsRed Robin servers also earn variable tips (hourly pay will not be less than applicable minimum wage).

Server:

You will be responsible for taking orders using handheld technology, serving food and drinks in a timely accurate manner, as well as delivering a fun and satisfying dining experience to Guests. This role is a part of the Front of House service team so, great customer service skills are a must. In addition to base pay you will have great earnings opportunities receiving tips.

Must be 18 or older.
