Job summary

Red Robin is seeking a Server in Westminster to take orders with handheld devices, serve food and drinks promptly, and deliver a fun, memorable dining experience to Guests. You’ll be part of the Front of House team and must bring great customer service skills.

Base pay starts at $12.14 per hour plus tips, with extra earnings from tips, referrals, and bonuses. The role offers flexible schedules, dining discounts for you and your family, opportunities to grow, and a supportive team environment.

Server:

This role is a part of the Front of House service team so, great customer service skills are a must. In addition to base pay you will have great earnings opportunities receiving tips.

Tips, Referral Bonus, Employee Stock Purchase Program (after 1+ years of service, must have 20+ hours/week).
