Job description

We are an award-winning restaurant and bar chain who are opening a new concept in Gatwick Airport, specialising in English Sparkling Wine and Cocktails with a premium vibe. We are looking for experienced and energetic floor team members who want to be part of something new and exciting!

This venue will have a full 18hr a day offering with breakfast, lunch, and dinner options throughout. Alongside this, we will have a delicious array of cocktails, spirits, beers, wines, and soft drinks, all geared towards ensuring every guest enjoys their visit in a relaxed yet fast-paced environment.

Gatwick is one of the busiest and most vibrant airports in the world and so the opportunity to work here and open this new venture is one not to be missed. We are seeking to hear from self-motivated and out-of-the-box thinking legends, ones who know how to have fun, but deliver world-class service above all else!

You will need to be highly social, upbeat, and friendly. Any relevant qualifications such as WSET are advantageous but not essential.

The Role:

1. Interacting with & guiding our guests
2. Serving drinks & foods to tables
3. Advising and upselling on our products
4. Clearing tables and keeping the venue clean
5. Entertaining both guests and other team members
6. Welcoming guests and seating them in the most memorable way possible
7. Being a total legend
