Job summary

Frankie & Benny's in Rochester is seeking a friendly Server/Waiter/Waitress to join our Front of House team. You will deliver warm service, guide guests through the menu, and support a buzzing restaurant floor with energy and enthusiasm.

We offer hourly pay up to £12.71 per hour plus tron, flexible contracts, and great staff perks across Big Table Group brands, including food discounts and wellbeing support.

Qualifications

• No prior hospitality experience required; positive attitude and enthusiasm matter most.
