Job summary

A leading company in IT System Operations is seeking an entry-level Server Administrator to build and maintain single seat trainers. The candidate will document designs and manage processes while working with customers to resolve any issues. The role requires strong skills in server and domain management, along with a foundational understanding of networking and associated technologies.

Qualifications

• Experience with Windows Server 2019 and domain management.
• Understanding of network configurations and basic networking concepts.
• Familiarity with additional skills like Ansible and Terraform is a plus.

Will Also Need To Have

• Windows Server 2019 Administration
• Domain Management (Domain/Forest config,Users, GPO's etc)
• SMB/NFS File Server management
• WSUS
• DNS
• SQL
• Good understanding of basic networking, DHCP, PXE building, Powershell.
• Additional skills that would be useful Ansible (ideally), Terraform (not vital), UNIX would be good, Azure and CICD pipelines, with hands on hardware experience would be useful
