Erickson Senior Living's Devonshire community is seeking an entry-level Server to start a hospitality career with flexible after-school and weekend hours and no late nights.

Responsibilities include learning menu items, engaging residents with daily specials, accurately recording orders, and delivering an exceptional dining experience to guests and residents alike.

• Develop expertise in menu items, daily specials, and preparation methods to become a subject matter expert
• Enhance resident and guest engagement by sharing daily menu highlights and suggesting recommendations that are tailored to their preferences
• Record food and beverage orders with precision and accuracy
• Deliver an exceptional dining experience consistently
