Service Care Solutions are currently working alongside an expanding Law Firm based in Greater Manchester. They are looking for an Serious Injury Solicitor to join their expanding legal team.

This is an excellent opportunity to work amongst the legal experts and progress your career.

This role pays a competitive salary of £55,000 – £64,000 depending on experience and is mostly a remote role. Office attendance must be at least once a month.

The suitable candidate will have to have at least 5 years PQE in serious injury law.

Responsibilities as a Serious Injury Solicitor:

  • Excellent fee earning skills and technical ability in RTA/ELPL and Clinical Negligence
  • Drafting documents including statements, pleadings and schedules of loss.
  • Managing a caseload as required to achieve both the above whilst providing excellent client care.
  • Strong commercial awareness and business insight.
