Join a forward-thinking law firm as a lawyer in the serious injury team, where you will handle complex cases involving severe injuries such as brain and spinal injuries. This role offers the opportunity to work independently on high-value claims, allowing you to develop your expertise in a supportive environment. With a commitment to professional development, the firm provides various benefits including hybrid working, generous holiday allowances, and comprehensive health and wellbeing programs. If you're passionate about making a difference in the lives of clients, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
We are actively recruiting for a talented lawyer to join our serious injury team in Manchester or Liverpool.
We’re looking for an individual who can demonstrate prior experience and expertise working on claims of the utmost severity, such as brain and spinal injury and amputation cases, with an emphasis on road traffic accidents.
We would like candidates who have experience managing their own caseload, ideally multi-track, but we are also open to those who have worked on fast-track claims. This role is ideal for someone seeking further exposure to high-value, complex cases, working exclusively on behalf of claimants.
We’re looking for someone capable of undertaking substantive work with minimal assistance. You will be involved in cases from the outset and throughout their duration, enabling you to understand the issues involved and assist with tasks such as instructing medical experts, managing disclosure, proofing witnesses, and preparing well-structured witness statements.
